Mold problem on bathroom ceiling exhaust fan not an option

I have a mold problem with our bathroom ceiling. We cannot install an exhaust. What is the best way to deal with this problem. The ceiling and walls are plaster.

Not sure what having plaster has to do with not being able to add a fan. It can be and is done all the time.
Is there at least a window in the room?

An exhaust is necessary to move the air and keep moisture from gathering on the ceiling. If you can't install an exhaust you could at least run a fan in there for an hour or two a day to keep the moisture from just laying on the ceiling and walls.

Why do you assume you cannot install an exhaust fan?

You're dumping a lot of humidity into the room. If you leave it in the room you'll get mold. So you've got to get the moisture out of the air in the room. How you do this is up to you but the most common and sensible way to do this is with an exhaust fan. There are lots of different ways to vent a fan, some more creative than others. But otherwise you're never going to be rid of the mold issue.

I agree completely. Humidity has to go somewhere; if it is not evacuated with ventilation, it will stay and cause problems. Mold thrives in humidity and moisture.
