first find out where the moisture is comming from.? Kiltz over the paint job may keep mildew from showing up but i bet it will come back tell you find out where the moisture is comminf from. If it is on the north side of bldg. than the kiltz paint over the paint that is their now may do it.

Hey Garyp, if any this is the time of year you will find a lot of mildew and mold issues popping up. The easiest way of killing it would be to mix a solution of one part bleach to about 10 parts water. This is a cheap easy way to kill the mold or mildew but wonít solve your problem or prevent it from coming back. If you go to your local hardware store you will find a number of products designed to kill mold and remove the stains left behind, if you read most of them they will contain a bleach mixture. Although there are a few better more expensive products that may contain bleach but will also have other chemicals that will stick around for a while and prevent the mold or mildew from coming back right away. First like mentioned make sure there isnít some sort of leak causing this then Id suggest trying to clean it up using some chemicals and of course you can always resort to repainting over the (cleaned) mildew area and start fresh.
Goodluck and let us know if you have any further questions.

Kilz , not Kiltz, will have no effect on mold.
