Marine Piling Paint

Does anyone recommend a paint to coat the top of marine pilings?
Needs to completely seal cracks and leave a smooth coating.

Not sure there is a paint product that can fill cracks in pilings and especially to a smooth surface. Why do the surfaces have to be smooth? What is the piling material by the way? Wood? Concrete?

I used to restore sailboats and found Abatron epoxy products great for filling cracks or even replacing rotted rails, porthole frames and so forth. Expensive though and hardly justifiable for pilings.

No need to paint at all. If it's just the tops, use piling caps. If you want a smooth surface down to the waterline, add piling wrappers.
