Interior Slump Block Wall
Hello all,
Does anyone have ideas on how to paint (decorate) interior exposed slump block walls? I live in the southwest where this material is popular. I have exposed slump in every room, one wall per room. It looks hideous . Any ideas?

My only advice is to get yourself to a paint store (not HD/Lowes/BigBoxCo), and they can hook you up with the appropriate products.
There are special "block surfacers" that prime and provide a proper painting surface, upon which you can apply regular finish paint. Sherwin Williams carries a line of products with the name "Loxon" meant for blocks, but it is a pretty big product line. The folks at the store should be able to help pick the right product, and provide application advice. SirWired |
