I'd just write up a disclaimer and ask them to sign it stating you do not warrenty the paint staying, and it was owner supplyed paint.

as far as the Behr paint, it works OK. Is there better on the market? yep. But it will work.

Yes I do some painting for a living and yes I prefer better paint, but I would paint it.
Not sure why you don't understand the spraying. I'm doing all new construction now , condos. Each condo has 10 to 15 interior doors depending on the size of the condo. I can rack them and spray two coats on them in one hours time. To brush them would take me 10 to 15 minutes a side x2. Thats a day just painting doors brushing. Spraying I get the doors and all the trim done in less than an 8 hour day.

In this business time is money. Spraying doors and trim gives me a better looking finish and allows me to do 3 condos in the time it would take to do one without spraying. $$$$$$$

It's not just the paint brand I have used behr in the past and will probably use it again someday. That was just 1 of the factors. 2-I feel I was lied to about the warranty 3 he already painted 2 doors didn't like the look so sanded them down. These are hollow core doors (not much room for error on sanding.) All these things combined gave me a gut feeling that said no. After all these years I have learned to trust my gut.
