Insulating House Paint

Sorry for the long delay in responding. What is vapor barrier paint? Is this interior paint? Any recommendations on brands/applications, etc?

Thanks in advance.

Insulating House Paint

Alkyd-based paints and primers provide a "vapor barrier"
They don't allow moisture to pass through
This can be good or bad depending on the specific situation
