I need help

hi i am new on this i hope somebady can help me ,i have a small painting company i have the opportunity to do a big job 42500 square feet ,i need to know how to procced with the bid for this job i have to give him a estimated for labor and material how i charge by sf or by rooms please hel me i live in TN
