How long a wait before primer?

Hello everyone.

I have a 100 year old house that was moved to a new location/foundation. The house has the original lath/plaster walls but only in the kitchen was the final coat of smooth plaster put on the walls.

All the other walls are slightly rough - sand particles showing through. I guess for lack of money, the folks stopped at what would be called the brown coat.

I've filled some breaks and places where, upon putting in new electrical boxes etc, the plaster broke out.

What I'd like to know is how long does one have to wait to apply latex primer to new cement based wall finishes? There are a few large areas where I've done a scratch coat and brown coat to tie in with other similarly finished walls.

Thanks a bunch.

Yep, Concrete needs 30 days to cure.
Latex Primer: Good for Drywall, that's about it.
Behr Paint: The plastic buckets are good, that's about it.
