How do I match sponge paint design??
I bought this house and part of it has sponge painted walls. The design is that of lattice or diamond pattern... as if they went diagonal down one direction then the opposite way with two different colors. Well my kid put a hole in part of that wall and I have NO idea how I'm gonna match this. Any ideas would be terrific!

The honest answer is that you're not going to match it. Even if you were the one who did the original painting and had the right colors left over, it would be extremely difficult to repair it.
Cover it up with a painting, piece of furniture, etc. Or use this as an opportunity to repaint the room. |

How old's your kid? Might be a perfect project for he or she to do...
