House painting

Hi guys,
I want to paint my 53sq.m. apartment.Which are the steps I must follow for a quick and easy painting? I must finish all the job in a weekend. Is that enough for a reasonable result?

Not enough info airtoni. First, I don't know the conversion from sq. meters to sq. ft. You'll need to know how much paint to get based on sq. meters or sq. feet.

We need to know if the apt. if empty or if it's furnished. Do you have any painting experience? Are you also painting the doors, jambs, mouldings and base trim?

I assume you are moving and want to paint it so you get your deposit back? If you can answer these questions, I'd be happy to give info to help you achieve your goal.

For an expereinced painter, a weekend would be a reasonable amount of time, with all the proper equipment.

53m^2 = 570.492ft^2

I think a weekend is feasable for 1 DIYer so long as you use good materials (read quality paint that will go on in one or two coats), and the walls don't require repair.

I'm artistic rather than mathematical.

What does that mean? How many actual square feet is it?
