Hey, maybe HD isn't so bad after all?

The product numbers may be the same. I know what happens in the textiles world is they run the sheets, pillows, whatever, and they just don't have the QC department working while they do it. I bet this is similar.

My local HD has a very full line of *individual* Purdy's, including the XL's, all with the hand-signed sticker of the builder and all with an stamped UPC number.

I have no reason to believe these are not Purdy standard production.

If I want to pay a rather large premium over HD pricing, I can get the exact same model at my local 'pro paint store' (Kelly-Moore in my case).
