Help! Primed a ceiling and have streaking!

What is the best way to fix streaks of drywall primer from my ceiling before I paint it?

Should I put another coat of primer on it, or just add an extra coat of paint?

Do not use cheap paint. But primers are not meant to cover or hide. So do not worry about this. The two top coats will cover fine.
