HELP - Painting Problem

Hey guys, im in desperate need of your help and advice.

My dad has completed ruined my walls. My walls had mould on this so instead of using sugar soap to clean the walls.. he decided to use domestos bleach!!

Now he has not done an undercoat and decided just to paint straight on the walls. and not the domestos drip stains have come through the paint and you can see it down the wall.

Is there anyway we can fix this problem as i refuse to move into this room in that state. it looks discusting and no matter how many coats you do, it still comes through.

any advise to get rid of those drip marks?

Needs to be primed with a stainblocking primer first.

I agree. I use Bullseye 123. Check out their website to see if will work for your application.

You may need something stronger like Kilz. Bullseye 123 is a weak stain blocker at best.
