Hey there. I was just wondering if somebody could help me identify a certain paint color from a movie I watched. I can't seem to figure it out. Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just been really stressed trying to figure this out. So anyway.. I was watching the movie Twilight, and I really like the room color but I can't figure out what color the room is. I have a few pictures here of the room in the DARK, and during the day. Can somebody identify the color?
I would greatly appreciate this. I have been killing myself trying to figure out the color all week. Somebody suggested it was Benjamin Moore 2052-40 Blue Spa. Can anybody confirm?
if you notice, in the pics, paper that would typically be white is also tinged with the bluish color. So, as gregzoll said, studio lighting and filters have created the color.
Additionally, the color you see in that picture may not be the same color I see in the pic. Although imaging systems have improved a lot over the last several decades, there is still a difference in the exact color you see and the color I see.
I guess you guys are right. Although I think this is the definite color. Somebody recreated the room from scratch and this color looks awfully similar to the way it looks.
As you can tell, I guess the wall color is.. I guess a light sage or something? And the only reason it looks blue in some of the shots is because of the damn filters?
Crop a section of the picture with your favorite colour and bring it to the local paint shop. They will be able to whip up a batch of it. It won't look anything like the pictures though...
MY suggestion is take the picture with the color youike the most. Then cut a kinda good sized price of just the wall out. Take it to the paint store, the can color match it for you. It will probably not be exact, but I think that's how you're going to get the closest.

Also to get the good effect of lighting, use very soft light bulbs and then put a colored sheer material over the lamp. Of course you wouldn't want to leave the lamp on to long.
