Gloss Paint

What is the best way to get gloss paint off a solid door (Front Door). I have considered taking it off and getting it dipped but there is the whole surround either side that need to be stripped also.

Tried a blow torch but afraid of damaging/scorching the wood.

Chemical paint stripper is the way to go. Make sure you follow the directions and warnings on the back.

Gloss Paint

I have used the torch method
I have also used the chemical method
I strongly recommend the chemical method
