Garage floor Epoxy

"Also on my garage floor is the standard concrete lines, I was wondering what could I use to fill in the gap and make the floor look like one big smooth surface instead of the line. Any advice or tips would be great"

Those "concrete lines" your referring to are control joints, and it's not a good idea to fill them in just to make your floor look like one big smooth surface,as you could wind up with a bunch of cracks going in a bunch of difference directions.

Unlikely - it would just crack along the control joints if it's going to crack.

Garage floor Epoxy

You guys are all missing the point that some concrete floor coating are rated for hot tire and some are not. Besides if its a garage floor grinding the cement to get up ALL the oil spots is the best way.

Epoxies bond better than most primers. Unless its an epoxy primer.
