First Time Using Solid Stain

I'm in the process of painting and staining my cedar home, it currently has semi transparent more of a redwood tone that is very faded as it was done four years ago. So I have opt to go with a solid stain and use a sprayer and a brush. I tested one area on the house with the solid color with brushing and it looks nice after about two coats, my ? Is can I partially paint my house day to day and it still turn out well, or shall I try to do it in a weekend, since I can't get any help. I paint interior mirrors and decor all day everyday but never exterior paint or stain work, just need some professional feedback to make sure I'm on the right track. Thanks
