Exterior Painting, Caught By Ole' Man Winter?

I live in KC and the temps are a droppin'....I have primed my house but simply can't get a top coat on...Will I be ok leaving my Sherman Williams Acrylic Latex Primed house through the winter months and simply powerwashing and painting in the Spring? Second, I've used the Azec board to replace a ton of rotten wood but filling the cracks has been a pain in the arse and a never ending battle for them to stay sealed....Any suggestions????

which specific primer is it? some products do have a critical recoat time. its also important to not that primers are specifically designed to go underneath paint and help the topcoat adhere. This means that the primer alone will atract dust/dirt/debris/moisture into the cured paint film microscopically. you may get away with it for a season, but if it fails you will need to scrape off the primer and re-prime again before painting. i would highly recommend getting a 35 degree paint from sherwin, almost all of there exterior acrylics are 35 degrees. you technically need 24 hours of surface/paint/air temperature to be 35 degrees but if you chase the sun on a warmer day you will be fine. (TRUST ME, I DO THIS IN ASPEN).

I totally agree on the paint. But I never heard of primer on that long and not pressure wash and reprime, what kind do you use.

Technically, primer not recoated within its topcoat window, which varies, should be reprimed. I think it will protect you for a winter but the surface will be degraded to the point where it will no longer serve as an effective long term base coat. I doubt it will peel over the winter unless you have water coming from behind.
If you're going to take expert's advice, paint the areas that would require the most amount of time and effort to reprime.
As to your question about filling voids, I'm not sure what you mean, can you be more specific.

I was afraid you were going to say reprime but I guess I can't kid myself I started priming in March and just getting to my final side. I probably missed my topcoat window on parts of the house months ago... The neighbors love the zebra look though....LOL..The trim boards I used were Azec found at Home Depot. They're basically a faux wood product designed to not rot, warp, etc...I put a ton of this stuff up and then went back to caulk and found that between joints it won't hold Alex caulk...I tried using several types of caulk with no luck..I searched the manufacturer website and they said that the butt joints should have been glued together? Well, it's a little late for that...

Yes they should have been glued using PVC glue.
