Which epoxy for wood repair?

I have a few small holes (2-3 inches) I want to patch on my soffit and fascia boards without having to replace. I also Have a few window sills that need to be reshaped. I have MH ready patch but here that will crack in time and not good for holes.

What epoxy is the best (no shrinkage and waterproof)? I here bondo is good but not sure if I should get their wood filler or one of there auto products.

Too expensive for my needs. Which bondo product would you use? There is a lightweight auto filler, gold filler and a wood filler.

Bondo is terrible for exterior patching purposes. Once it gets wet, it turns to mush. Elmer's makes a good wood filler that works fine.

I haven't used any for awhile, but, if you are intent on using epoxy, Minwax used to have a pretty good 2-part product.
