Elastomeric Paint

I was wondering if anyone knew if the Home Depot line of paint sprayers (Magnum) made by Graco were powerful enough to spray elastomeric paint? If not, what kind of sprayer would be sufficient in spraying it? And I have heard you should not thin it at all, is this true?

No way can you get a sprayer at HD that will do the task. I would not thin at all. You will need to rent a sprayer like the graco 1095, really the 1595 would be ideal. If renting is not a good option for you then i would recommend paying to have it done.

Thanks for the help...I have also done some research and found that basically any sprayer spraying less than 1 gpm(Gallons Per Minute) is useless when spraying elastomeric due to its thick consistency.

Yep basicly that would put you with the above mentioned. If you were using titan then 1140.
Same goes with block fillers except then a 795 could maybe choke it down, even then i would go with the 1095.
