Do I need to prime first?

The main difference for me and one-coat coverage is my go-to landlord color is tan. The worlds crappiest tan paint covers as well as the worlds best white paint.

Tennants like it too- feels like a house and not like a sterile apartment.

Mike, in the state of Delaware, the paint stores are not even allowed to recommend the use of paint thinner. In fact, they're not allowed to encourage/recommend/suggest the use of any additive that will increase the voc's. Now, whether that's a paint store policy or a state policy, I don't know and they're not saying. But, I've gotten some hemmin and hawin in PA stores as well. Ridiculous. What does the red highlight mean?
