Deck Stain

When I built my deck, Sikkens stain was recomended to me. That was several years ago and several applications ago. I'm ready to stain again and I'm told that the stain is not permmited to be sold in Pennsylvania. Any suggestions as to what I can do as I'm told that because it is an oil based stain I can't apply many types of stain ?

Deck Stain

Sorry to have to tell you voc stopped Sikkens. You have to strip the deck entirely and then neutralize before you use another sealer.
