deck oitch

Fool me I painted my deck green and now the wood pitch is seeping through an is white. What do I do?

I think he hit the o instead of the b, purposely or accidentally. Maybe it was a p he meant. Anyway, OP, your oitch can be solved by wiping with denatured alcohol, which may remove finish if it's latex. If it is, use ammonia. If it's a continual problem, you may have to prime it with shellac and refinish, that will hold it back for a while.
