Cracked / blistered paint
Hi there,
we have some skirting that has a gloss finish but is badly cracked and blistered. Is this due to bad prep work? Should the surface be scraped and sanded with coarse paper and filled before repainting? regards Les |

I moved this post to the 'painting' section where you'll likely get a much speedier response from one of our great paint guys here.
