Welcome to the forum Unsure. We'd love to help you but you're not giving us the info to do so. Please be specific as to the products you used, name names, and what base were they. latex or oil? Thanks.
Joe

Like Joe said, not enough info. I'll take a stab in the dark and say you needed an OIL-based or SHELLAC-based primer to block those stains. Most water-based stain blocking primers are ineffective against tough stains........they can actually make the stains wick back through the film of the primer and paint........putting on MORE just makes it wick through even worse. Cover Stain from Zinsser is the best, or at least one of the best stain blockers on the market. You pay a price for using it, both in your wallet and with some nasty fumes that could drop a horse.

Yes you need a stain-blocking primer, such as Zinsser STAIN BLOCK.

These are oil-based, so you should cover all floors and furniture well!

And you cleaned it first right? An Orange cleaner would have removed 90% of those stains, then a bonding primer before the paint.
