Can I Paint Primer

My wife primed a little today but there is a slight line where i guess it was not sanded down all the way(see pic). Can this still be sanded even though already primed? Anything specific I should do. Thanks you!!

Can I Paint Primer

Happens eveytime.
Fill the low spots, sand the high places, reprime.

Can I Paint Primer

Once spackle is primed there is no sanding. Sanding will only break the surface of the primer which will require re-spackling anyway. Hit it with a skim of spackle now and don't waste your time. But what do I know?

Can I Paint Primer

Sure you can sand it. Then apply thin layer of compound, sand and prime.
Good Luck!
