My builder completely messed up our stone trim on our one car garage and Im trying to determine our options now to fix it. Long story short, I picked out ivory stone from one vendor he sent me to and once I picked it out he came back and said he could get it from another vendor. When he showed me the sample it had a very light orange hue to it but I didn't think it was going to be an issue however, once I saw it on the garage it was completely orange. They have tried to acid/pressure wash it to lighten it but it's still orange and ugly!!!!
Can this stone be painted ivory?? It's Tennessee Ledge if you know what that is so I am looking to see what we can do, thanks!
H&C. Solid concrete stain, can be used on interior-exterior masonry-asphalt-brick surfaces, should work well on your stone, thenm apply a top coat of sealer, they have about 80 colors, you can find it at Sherwin Williams
