bidding an exterior paint job

hey I am new to this forum and am looking for some help in bidding an exterior paint job. this is a 2 storey older style house wth wooden exterior approximately 50' by 20' . It requires 2 coats of paint with a darker tone for the trim changing from light color to grey. also red paint on doors. some scraping and general prep required. Need help in determining general guidelines for this type of job with or without materials included. Any info would be graetly appreciated.
P.S. I am located up in Calgary Alberta where there is a bit of housing boom and labor is at a shortage. should this affect my prices?

Are you new to this forum or to painting??? If your new to painting, why start with such a big house? And I hate to say it, but you've had 33 views on this question and no one has answered your request for "help"...because to us....it seems like you want us to bid it for you......

Find out what contractors charge in your area and get started....

thanks for the advice. I am actually not new to painting just to this forum, and after reviewing other discussions here I was able to come up with a reasonable quote that was accepted.
