bidding an exterior paint job
 

hey I am new to this forum and am looking for some help in bidding an exterior paint job. this is a 2 storey older style house wth wooden exterior approximately 50' by 20' . It requires 2 coats of paint with a darker tone for the trim changing from light color to grey. also red paint on doors. some scraping and general prep required. Need help in determining general guidelines for this type of job with or without materials included. Any info would be graetly appreciated.
P.S. I am located up in Calgary Alberta where there is a bit of housing boom and labor is at a shortage. should this affect my prices?

thanks for the advice. I am actually not new to painting just to this forum, and after reviewing other discussions here I was able to come up with a reasonable quote that was accepted.
