bathroom paint

the paint on my bathroom ceiling and walls were peeling, so I scrapped off the paint, used a joint compound, then primed with Bin Sealer. i then repainted and within a few days the peeling started again on both the ceiling and walls. I do have the proper size bathroom fan that is vented outdoors. anyone have any suggestions?

bathroom paint

pnick, is the new paint peeling or blistering? A photo would be helpful. If you can, take a close-up and a pull back to place the damage in perspective, ie location of the damage. What you're experiencing sounds odd. You might find some help in this article.
