Bath - Fiberglass paint?

Not that I've ever heard of, but Krylon's "Fusion" spray paint for plastic is about the closest thing I know of.

A two part epoxy paint is completely water resistant and will stick to darn near anything. And, you can buy these at any place listed under "Industrial Coatings" that also sells house paints.

Klenk's Bathtub Refinish is a two part epoxy paint made for bathtubs. I expect it would stick to fiberglass too. You should find it in most paint stores and home centers.
