Basement cement floor

I am wondering how to clean paint, drywall texture off a basement floor that the guys left there after they finished there work hanging and painting the walls? It is all over about 1500 sq feet needs cleaned before carpet and tile can be laid down?

There are scrapers that can be attached to poles so you do not bneed to bend down. If the lumps are not so pronounced I would not worry about it because the padding will be over top and you will not notice it. I bet there is less work than it looks like!
