Airless Paint Sprayer

Great. Thanks again. I bought the Graco LS17 last night. Lowes did a price match to Home Depot's add for a the XR 7. Got it for $380 out the door. If there are any other recommendations please let me know before I fire it up this weekend for the test runs.

Airless Paint Sprayer

Good read. I was considering buying a sprayer to do the 10 or so interior doors I need to do. Sounds like it would be a bigger PITA than it would be worth? Painting a 6-panel door properly sucks too though. Maybe be easier on me with a brush if I used some Floetrol.

Yes it can be a PIA but the finish a spray gives you is worth it imho

Airless Paint Sprayer

I have the wagner conversion gun as well as a wagner airless, and I agree with Ponch all the way. I am going to do my cabinets too, but I am going to build a rack and HVLP spray the doors and drawer fronts in my garage and brush the stiles. I would not even think about using an airless inside unless you are painting everything, or the basement, which is still pretty much everything. Airborne paint gets everywhere. I actually sprayed my basement concrete block with a white elastomeric roof coating and it filled and covered pretty well. Makes the basement a lot brighter too. If you do spray inside, make sure you stick a fan in the window of the room you are working in blowing out.
