Any tips for working with water based acrylic primer and paint?? I usually use latex and thought acrylic wouldn't be much different to work with. Reality check. This stuff dries so fast I can barely work with it and I'm a fast working painter. I just primed new moulding and couldn't believe it was dry to touch in under a minute. Fast drying is nice but that's pushing it. thanks
Exactly what paint are you using?
Is it a floor paint?
Usually it's latex enamels for glossy trim....how'd you end up with a latex acrylic?
Is it in a food preparation area?
Anyway....yeah they can be quicker than plain latex
It should still be slow enough to work with though
especially on trim
It should be slow enough to roll it w/no problems
