Hmmm?
"chlorine bleach bomb"! -
"oxyacetylene bombs"!
The posting of such egregious, behavior is completely, contrary to the
high, standards of this forum!!
(I was going to "report" this - but; I get so darn, tired of filling out those
"report", forms in triplicate!!)

In the face of this - the "right" thing to do, would be -
"Report" yourself!!

Remember this, though - this will go on your "Semi-permanent, record"
and you may get put on (Dare I Say!?!) -
"Double, Secret, Probation!!!! - No more fun at all!!
It's up to you - "step-up", "man-up", "throw-up"???

Whatever you choose to do -
know this -
we're all behind you!!
(We might be running the other way, though!)
Good luck!!

Ross the lead sounds scary, I wonder if a whole house filter would do any good. I put one on our house because we get our water out of the Tennessee River and it has a nasty taste to it. They filter and all that stuff but it still tastes bad. We have problems here with high water pressure because they have to pump the water up the mountains, without a regulator it will blow things up, water heaters, filters, water hoses, ice maker lines. I don't know what this has to do with lead pipes but since I have written it I am leavin it. I think what happened is the lead and water filters cranked this up. Man this gettin old stuff...
As far as I know -
"Lead", supply lines are quite, prevalent in old houses.
They are not a good thing.
However, they can be dealt with - somewhat.
In this instance: my friend has a young child and one on the way.
"Lead" water supply lines are not good for anyone -
particularly, for children!!

If my friend can acquire the finances - this Spring/Summer, we'll replace
the "Lead" supply line with copper - thousands of dollars!
We'll see!

It's funny you mentioned "match-heads", in a previous, post!
You'll see!
