Yeah me, base pay!

Was told today that even if there is no work I'll be receiving a weekly base minimum pay. Now I can sit here all day long.

Actually yes they are. We are going from the current 3% of Texas to a full 100%. What we do is complete home remodeling on foreclosed bank owned homes and realty company owned homes. The homes, since they're vacant for long periods of time, get vandalized and have the air conditioning systems stolen for the copper.

Also do very high end multi-million dollar remodeling contracts, mansions mostly.

We (I) go in and install new hvac equipment. Other crews do the electrical and drywall and doors and windows and whatnot.

I'm the only one in Houston on the a/c side now but soOn I'll be overseeing six crews total, myself becoming service manager of both the foreclosed home chapter and the new to be retail a/c side of things.

Want a job?

Hey thanks, Jack! Yup, it was a very rough patch. I almost walked away from the trades altogether. One door closed and about 17 opened up.
