wooden or metal cross bridging?

Which one is better? What are the price ranges? What's more durable? Does the weight of them account for anything? Is metal cross bridging easier to install?

wooden or metal cross bridging?

I prefer wood cross bracing--because joist spacing sometime varies---
I haven't done any serious framing for a few years---let's see what a framer has to say---

What we need here is the Lone Framer (and Tonto)---Mike---
