Why is it that people can't seem to phrase a question correctly ?

I think this fits right along with this topic: Our local school board announced today that one of our four high schools had 300+ seniors at the end of the school year as compared to 420 +/- seniors at the beginning of the school year. Of these 300+ seniors 32 graduated with diplomas. The remainder of these seniors got certificates. I'm not familiar with certificates in our school system as my youngest has been out for almost 20 years. BUT--32 out of 300? That's just plain ridiculous? The other schools didn't do much better, this one was just the worst. David
