Why I didn't get any work done last week.

DH spent the last 150 hours passing a 2 mm kidney stone. So, I spent the last six days holding his hand. It didn't sound very big until I saw it. W O W!

Sorry - no pictures.

Last night, in the throes of an opiate haze, he suggested that I put in a couple hours on the sunroom this morning before we head to the hospital for surgery. Thankfully, it made an appearance a few hours before the scheduled procedure.

I've had about as much sleep as he did, and not nearly so many drugs , so I'm off for my first full night of sleep in a week.

Hope all is well now, passed a few myself, I've had surgery two times over the last 18 years. Always feared that "having to go get it because its stuck" surgery. I agree big time, they give you wonderful "medication".
