Why dogs will never rule the world...

Cause, bless her mangy heart, my dog thinks she's hidden this bone somewhere safe....

Maybe it's just her way of saying, "woof woof bark woof growl woof". Translation: "Take this one back to the store and bring me one with some meat on it, and better flavor." lol

At least your dog knows that a bone is her chew toy. Check out my profile pic.

Every one of my three dogs are diggers/buriers. But they all prefer it when someone else digs the hole. When we were digging out some roots once we left a large crater (2-3 feet deep, 4-5 feet wide) after our lunch break we found the hole full of dog toys, treats, bones, etc.

Mostly, they chew on the branches that fall out of our trees.

We have three:
- a dachsund mix @ 13 lbs - my only guard dog;
- a demented shepherd mix, who looks like a hybrid hyena @ 18 lbs
- and a black lab mix @ 65lbs who lives in the bubble - if you don't get my reference... he's too good looking for his own good.

I left the living room tonight to go check on my chicken corn chowder. When I returned I found this:

A collection of all of our lab mix's favorite things.

Then he laid claim to them, so no one would steal them:

Great Pics,
I have two dogs and two cats
  • When I'm sitting watching TV & Nellie says "It's time for evening Walkee"
  • Nellie starts to lick my hand
  • Cat #1 see this & jumps onto my Lap & jambs her head, hard, between Nellie & hand.
  • Cat #1 tells Nellie "Don't lick his hand, Lick my head"
