LOL

I haven't been here long but I recall a guy posting a photo of his middle digit after he was banned.

I wonder if he ever finished burning his house down. He had some mad electric skills

I've got a new pet-peeve-poster. People who write:

I want to do X. I do not want to pay someone else what is required for X. I will not listen to suggestions for W,Y, or Z, so don't even bother suggesting them. I also plan on flagrantly violating code and not getting a permit. But, most of all, I would like the people on this forum to come up with some imaginary double-rainbow solution because I don't want to face reality about my proposed project for X.

I don't have a lot of problem with that because there are always new people here who never read that thread... and, usually, new information can be helpful.

I would, however, admit that I would like to see them begin their posts with something like this... "I know this is an old thread, but I would still like to add this."

Sorry about the confusion Leah. My comment was directed towards the 'one hit wonders'.

Just in the past few days I was being hounded by some &%$(^#@ that wouldn't leave it alone. He was insistent on getting Bud to "admit" he was correct with his convoluted way of thinking. When I addressed him as a clown, sure enough. I was (again) scolded by a Moderator. Why is it I can't be an anal orifice but the newcomers can be? They stay around for a few posts and you never hear from them again. They bring no value to the website and have nothing to offer other than their own personal and twisted perception of something. Where is there value in that crap? I've been here around five years or so with about 4000 posts, most of which were helpful I would hope. I don't get it!!!

That's simple Bud, there's just no eloquent way to tell some of these jokers they do not know their posterior from a spherical opening on a horizontal plane devoid of all mineral substance! ......but we keep trying to do it politely, huh?
