There should be some kind of tutorial in the newbie sign up process showing them how they can help us so we can help them so everyone gets the most out of this site.

No comment about the big box shills? No matter how bad some product of theirs is, they say it's wonderful. One will be on here for a week or two, leave and another will pop up. Wonder if they are getting paid to be on these forums?
