Where do you put your cell phone?

I don't limp unless I use it a lot. I took up bike riding to strengthen the knee. I think it helps, if not it is still a fun thing to do at 55. I do have a built in barometer though.

It's that thing people talk into at restaurants really, really loud.

It's one of those things that is basically required to join humanity these days.

I got a Razr a couple years ago specifically because it fit nice in my pocket, and it was cheap. I live in a small house, so if it rings anywhere in the house, it doesn't take long to get to.

And I usually narf my finger pretty bad when I work on cars. Can I join the club? :D

Sorry, my vote is only for broken knees; but then again I only have one vote.

How about a skinned knee? If it happens when you're looking for your cell phone? Not just any skinned knee, but one that needs a band-aid. lol

Where do you put your cell phone?

This is a broke knee only club, narfed mechanics fingers are two threads over next to the forgot-to-put-on-gloves-when-I-was-cutting-metal-with-tin-snips thread (although I heard a funny story on Friday about someone cutting their pinky off).

I'm unhappy with the cases I've seen for my iPhone (LOVE it, btw). They either offer no impact protection or gather dirt/dust under the case. I've started keeping it in my back pocket - the only problem is butt-dialing.

You don't often see the words 'funny' and 'cutting their pinky off' in the same sentence.

If you lose a finger, can you get a 10% discount at a nail salon?

I had a buddy that fell twenty feet to some decking on the floor below him. He landed right on the edge and had he missed he would have fallen another sixty feet (iron worker). His coworkers started yelling out numbers like you see in the Olympics 9.8, 9.4 etc. He missed about a week of work from being stiff, other than that he was OK.

I definitely do not think I would want that job. They pay very well and let you retire at 55. He lasted 10 months after he retired (cancer).

"Ooops, my butt just hung up on you!"

My wife just got an iPhone. She found multiple wrap-arounds and touchscreen films. She leaves it in the car alot, because I bought her a new USB headunit and she plays iTunes. Irritates me when people call in the middle of a good song, and you should be able to talk through the car speakers darnit!

Around the university, I "notice" a popular spot to carry is right in the bra/swim top cup. That doesn't seem to work for us guys, though...
