What's for dinner
Isn't menudo a soup made with a stomach?
Tonight's dinner: Mahogany Salmon with a mushroom, rice, squash and Marsala wine side dish.

What's for dinner
Tonight's dinner was steak (for us adults) and hotdogs for the kids (seasoned like the steaks) - and a turnip green salad with salsa.

I'll eat anything at least once as long as it's presentable in appearance - but appearance is an opinion. Some of my food looks downright hideous but it tastes awesome.

Last fishing trip of the year and we bagged 383 prawns & 7 crab. Started the day at 2c (7am/daybreak) and finished at 14c (~2pm) Laying in some stores for the winter. Mmmmmm, curried prawns.

Cool fall days mean my wife is back to making soups. She's an incredible cook! Tonight was Chili - with plenty leftover. WooHoo!
