Today is typically one of the coldest days of the winter. Weatherman says high of 8c (44f). We finally had another dusting of snow last night, with an accumulation of 5cm. Big deal...it will be gone by lunch

I'm convinced this lack of winter is because I bothered to install a backyard rink this year. Not to mention the killer tobogganing hill in the back field.

I gotta a sinking feeling we will pay for this May-July

66 here yesterday, 61 today. Just plain weird. Should be 30's-40's. Have had less than 1" snow so far this year. Last year we had record snowfall.

You are joking right. It would not be abnormal if todays temp was -15 to -20 c. , which translates to -1 or -2f

On the news this morning - it said they think the record for the coldest
temp. was set, for North America.
The thermometer at an Alaskan, weather station broke after it had hit 80+
degrees (F), below zero - not, counting the wind-chill!

54+ degrees here.

We're in the low 50's and all of our snow has melted . This morning the local weather guy showed a picture of the storm we had one year ago today. It was 12"-18".

I think the ski lodge owners are the only one's complaining about the weather we've had all week.
