Toronto's Water Meter Program

What do you do when the contractor of city of Toronto’s water meter program does not honor no respect THE FIAR WAGE Policy (minimum wage)?
I am taking 217 properties and businesses that I have installed water meter to court.

Doubt you have a case against any of the properties, since they did not contract your firm. And they could end up filing suit against you for filing frivolous suits against them.

You need a lawyer. And may have to sue your own company for the violation, as they are the ones that need to pay the fair wage money, not the city. The city only has to pay the contracted price. I saw where you said they haven't paid. But that has nothing to do with the fair wage act.

Contact your companies lawyer.

If your the owner of the company. You might find the fair labor wage doesn't even apply to you.

You need to contact a good lawyer.
