that even the "Tony Sopranos" of the world must follow?

I don't know of too many.

Moved this thread from general discussion to the off topic section since it doesn't appear to be DIY-related.

In my city, even the Tony Sopranos have to follow the building code! I haven't been whacked yet, but it might happen.
