Tacoma Towing Capacity

Hello

I know this may have been answered already and I may not have read all the threads. If so point me to the right place but please assist.

I have a 2009 Toyota Tacoma 2x4 PreRunner.. It does not have the Tow Package installed..

I have 2 questions :

1: We are getting a horse and maybe 2. So I am going to be getting a 2 house trailer. I can figure out what the weight of the trailer will be but I need to know what is the maximum towing I can tow. I will be getting a hitch, not a bumper hitch. I will not be towing all the time but here and there and not long distances. What do I need to increase the capcity exactly?

2: I have read in the manual that I can do a Fifth Wheel Hitch or Gooseneck Towing. Is the Towing more with that type of towing or not?
