student who needs help

I am a student and I'm doing a cost comparison chart for a project. Does anyone know how much it would cost to add a second sink/ toilet/ tub during construction. For example I have a single sink but now I want another right next to it or I have a toilet but now I want another right next to it etc. I just need to know the cost of adding the extra plumbing, not the cost of the fixture or fixture installation. If anyone could help me or direct me to a contractor who could I would appreciate it so much. Thank you

What you are looking for is called -Plumbing Rough in--just drains and water lines-

These prices are from-Craftsman-National Repair and remodeling estimator-2007--

bathroom sink--$535--and up(location adds more )
toilet---$705--and up
bath tub with shower--$760--and up

That's just the rough in-----Mike---Based on remodeling--new construction is cheaper.
