sq ft framing

You are going to have to show your plans to a couple of local contractors---Not all square feet are the same----Local architects will be able to make an educated guess, based on your plans and site conditions.--Mike---

sq ft framing

If you mean what will it cost for you to frame it diy, then you just need to put together a materials list for what you are doing. If you mean what will it cost to hire someone there's no way we could say.

This site is really for people doing things themselves so it's not a good place to get how much does it cost to hire someone to do this. Prices to hire a framing contractor vary so much by location and details.

If you want an order of magnitude guess it would be in the range of $10 to $50 per ft2 depending on details. Could even be more depending on size and detail.

sq ft framing

I am a general contractor from the east coast it is almost impossible to give a price per sq ft without seeing the plans and what is expected. Also because it is a addition you have to look at the exsisting home to see how it will all go together. But if you are just looking for a ball park number you can plan on at least $4 if not more for a small job you never know what you will run into
