Space Saving Furniture

I found these furniture designs rather interesting. I've always wanted to make a Murphy bed, but now that I've seen these pieces it makes me want to try to use some of the same innovative features.

Great video! I've got a "library" murphy bed on the office , but the state-of-the-art has certainly come a long way!

BTW, my bed was a DIY project, in that I bought it as an unfinished kit. There was over 640 sq ft of birch plywood veneer to finish. Lesson learned: Let them finish it, regardless of the cost! Sand, stain, sand, poly, sand, poly, sand......

(Oh, found a video with my style of bed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_xEV5GGfDc).
